A Mindful approach to Stress

This special workshop aims to bring awareness and offer helpful techniques - including simple but powerful Mindfulness practice -

to help you manage feelings of overwhelm and stress in your daily life. 

We'll be exploring definitions of stress, self-nurture, and mindfulness in order to bring a balanced  overview of how stress can affect us - and finding simple ways in which we can help ourselves every day. We'll also be sharing some top tips from ISMA (International Stress Management Association) on how to reduce stress and enhance overall wellbeing.

Includes a stress-relieving guided meditation.
