Mindful Yoga (5 week course)
About our class
Georgie has been teaching yoga for three years, and first found her practice 6 years ago. She teaches a variety of different styles; Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Hot and SUP yoga, even incorporating the use of aromatherapy. In classes you will see a fusion of these, tapping into the different disciplines to allow for a more holistic approach to yoga, encouraging you to honour your own space.
Georgie offers nurturing flows, allowing you to feel into each pose and find what feels best for your body, energy and mind space, while giving clear verbal cues along with adjustments to guide you deeper into the poses - helping you to feel energised and refreshed.
In person classes are booked as a block, offering you a saving on weekly classes and allowing you to commit yourself to regular practice.
