About our class Georgie has been teaching yoga for two and a half years, and first found her practice 5 years ago. She teaches a variety of different styles; Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Hot and SUP yoga, even incorporating the use of aromatherapy. In classes you will see a fusion of these, tapping into the different disciplines to allow for a more holistic approach to yoga, encouraging you to honour your own space.
Georgie offers nurturing flows, allowing you to feel into each pose and find what feels best for your body, energy and mind space, while giving clear verbal cues along with adjustments to guide you deeper into the poses - helping you to feel energised and refreshed.
Classes are booked as a block, offering you a saving on weekly classes and allowing you to commit yourself to regular practice.
Wednesday 6-7pm: 4th Sept - 9th October 6th November - 11th December
Friday 11am-12pm: 6th Sep - 18th October (No class on 4th Oct) There will be no further Friday classes after this block
