8 weeks of mindfulness, online and at home

Have you ever wanted to learn more about mindfulness?
This new practical online course is designed to help you understand - and more importantly apply - the basic principles of mindfulness at home, at any time. The course is ideal for both beginners and those in need of a re-introduction to practice.

What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness offers us a way to bring stability and calm to the mind. Rather than becoming overwhelmed by the moods and emotions that can wash through us, or being pulled away from the present moment by an endless stream of thoughts, mindfulness offers a way to regain mastery of ourselves and find peace and acceptance. The opportunity to be fully present, in body, mind and space - calmly acknowledging and accepting our feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations without judgement, and with kindness and compassion both for ourselves and subsequently for others.

Mindfulness can be practiced through the simplest daily actions and activities, bringing greater peace, ease and even joy -  at any time.

Course includes: 

8 X 1-hour Zoom sessions
Guided online mindfulness meditation practices to listen to at any time
Simple weekly suggested reading
Exercises  to enhance awareness in everyday life

In person 8-week course usually costs £195. Online offering £80.
