We are delighted to introduce Pregnancy Yoga with Victoria Palfrey as our latest offering at the Devon School of Wellbeing.
Victoria is a specialist yoga teacher having completed her training focusing on prenatal and postnatal yoga.
Victoria has worked for over 18 years as an occupational therapist focusing on children through to adults. She has become increasingly aware of the need for safe, secure, supportive environments to enable people to thrive and feel connected to themselves and their communities.
This class is focused on self awareness, self management, relaxation and connection, both with yourself & your baby. This can help with your strength, balance and posture through pregnancy.
Pregnancy yoga can support your changing body including guiding your practice to assist you through labour and birth. Pregnancy is a special time, but we know, have experienced and understand that changes to the body can be tough. Yoga enables women to relax, stretch and help their physical and mental well-being.
Taster Sessions (contact to book) 16th & 30th March, 6-7pm £8 per session
Join this 6 week block class starting Monday 13th April at the Studio in Tedburn St Mary. 6-7pm £50 for the 5 classes
