Our restorative weekend retreat is an invitation to nurture yourself and to explore, while allowing yourself the time and space to just be. An example of what to expect over one of our weekends:
Arrive 5pm Friday with time to relax and land in the space, leave refreshed & nourished after lunch on Sunday.
The weekend includes:
Mindfulness Practice including local walk Gentle Yoga practice Introduction to Sound Healing Restorative Deep Relaxation practice Holy Fire Reiki Experience Guided Meditation Free time for rest and reflection Nourishing and delicious vegetarian meals
