Women are amazing nurturers. But it seems we often struggle to take care of number one.
 
Why do we find it so hard to give ourselves a break? ​

This chilled-out workshop for women is designed to help redress the balance.
We'll be sorting out our guilt around self-care, and sharing some simple but effective ideas for self-comfort.

We'll explore:

- Creative 'selfishness'
- Personal sanctuary
- Bodily connection 
- Checking in with the self
- The power of rituals
- New ways to create comfort

The workshop offers a great held space to simply reconnect, contemplate, and explore.
Because sometimes, an hour or two to yourself can make all the difference.​
